Having fun?

It feels like summer fireworks are needed to mark the beginning of this season. The days are longer, the sun stronger. The dark nights of winter are melted by the summer fun in the sun. Less meditation-germination and more action is taking place. A lot is going on in the summer… when I am actually a puddle.

July is here with a kind of medicine that melts us into walking waters. We must learn to let go and start to flow. It gives us an invitation to simply be. To drop the endless doing, the restless performing, and to enter Being Mode.

But what does it actually mean to just be? To just enjoy life?

Looking back, my life has felt like a constant vacation. Traveling, immersing myself in cultural variety, encountering different energetic expressions, and observing life. Just observing. I noticed something everywhere I went that echoes back at me everywhere I am: belief systems create life. We design the prison or the palace with the thoughts we choose to think. We inherit a script, and we spend our lives acting it out until we consciously choose to step out of a timeline and create another. I am sure most of you have done it. You just did not think of it too much. Timeline leaps happen all the time.

I traveled geographically, but my senses caught energies that transformed me. My inner landscaping changed and I realize now that I have a world within me.

Yet, my love for parenting stayed. It is the love of my life—not because I am a mother, but because I am mothering by default. When I say mothering, it is really parenting, the silent blueprint running our adult lives.

The “Good Child” and the Invisible Jail

For as long as I can remember, I desperately wanted to be a “good child.” The fear of God planted in me and the timeless words “be a good girl” were the chains that kept me a prisoner in an invisible jail.

I had busy parents who were doing their absolute best, but they couldn’t always be present with me in the way my young, sensitive emotional body needed. With busy parents, I was left in silence to find my own ways in life. My little girl’s mind created safety thinking safe thoughts.

That silence told me that my role was to be easy, to be quiet, to make others happy so I could feel safe. It was easy at that time, but it is the hardest thing in the world to make everybody happy. And sort of impossible.

I didn’t realize that the immense freedom my parents gave me by being busy was actually self-parenting. They handed me the keys to my own sovereignty, but my inner child was scared, sitting by the open door, waiting for external permission to live life.

It is so true that freedom must be taken, not given.

It is no satisfaction when it is simply handed to you, especially when it is too soon and without the skills to ride the waves of strong desires.

Was freedom given to you, or did you have to grab it and walk away from the chains of toxic family drama?

Just curious…

Thinking about my childhood, I can see now how I decided that my anger was too loud, my sadness too heavy, and my joy too disruptive for others. I carried those beliefs for the longest time, and I can clearly see how my family still puts that heavy bag (to make them happy) on my back without my consent.

Luckily, I am aware of it now and I can drop it. What a blessing to wake up to the possibility that I have a choice.

I have learnt the hard way that my happiness is my own responsibility. I love contributing to the happiness of the people I love, but I know I am not responsible for it. Not an easy change, since I sometimes feel it was a transgenerational trauma coming from both sides of my parents.

I observe parents being hyper-vigilant, exhausted, and desperately trying to control the family dynamics. They do it not because that is the role of a parent, but because the child inside them is still trying to manage the emotional climate of the home.

I can see how we try to filter our children’s behavior through our own survival mechanisms.

Think of this for a minute…

When a child throws a tantrum, is it their emotion that triggers you, or is it the echo of the time you were punished for having a voice?

Take your time. You don’t have to answer.

Allow awareness to flood your brain, your belief system, with new perspectives so we can all swim out of the dark, muddy waters and into the sunny meadows of evolution.

This is how conditioning repeats itself, generation after generation, completely masked as “family traits.” Parenting is a transgenerational trauma we all must do our best to heal and release, so our children learn that happiness is not given by outside sources, but created within.

The Quantum Leap into My Own Skin

This deep, heavy conditioning is exactly what led me to Human Design. I know something was off and not aligned with my true north. Learning about human design wasn’t just a casual interest for me; it was the exact field that made me recognize what was not expressing itself in a satisfying way.

I have extensively traveled and lived amazing experiences. They were given to me without my conscious request. I enjoyed everything and I proved to myself that life outside a cookie-cutter mold is possible. God did not punish me for leaving the perfect, safe system; God rewarded me\y courage with beauty and amazing gifts in life. I enjoyed everything, avoiding regular, mundane models.

For many years, despite my travels and my worldly experiences, I did not know what I did not know. I realized it when everything collapsed around me, and I realized my world was not as safe as I thought. All the external blessings were not enough. I started to look for answers and a question hit me hard. Of course Robert asked me it, who else if not a genius mind to bring awareness in my inner world?

Robert: “Miha, how do you say ‘I feel good about myself’ in Romanian?”

What?!

I could not find the words to make my body feel that. I cried a river realizing I have never said that in my own mother language. To feel good about myself? I was never allowed, and actually punished if I did. Communists never allow humans to feel good… to feel good about themselves? It sent one straight to hell back then. Even today, people judge if I feel too good without a reason… what is with us?

Short story… through tears of a good cry, I told Robert that to say “I feel good about myself” in Romanian, we say: I feel good in my own skin (Mă simt bine în pielea mea). It was painful to realize I knew the language, I am a master of Romanian grammar and semantics, but I had never used those words as an “I statement” for my body to enjoy. It is sad… it was super sad… but I am so happy I woke up to it and even happier to share it with you.

I am sure it helps at least one of you to pull off a thorn collected from the roses you receive in your life.

In the past, I knew how to navigate the world, but I didn’t know how to inhabit my own body.

Today, I feel good in my own skin and I know how to care for my inner landscaping regardless of outside conditions. To finally say I feel good about myself, to claim it, and to feel that safety, goodness, and pleasure vibrate fully in my physical flesh? It is a quantum leap for me. A true success, if you ask me.

My Human Design blueprint started my true journey in awakening the amazing, alive Miha with all her raw, authentic, womanly desires. Not the polite, quiet, accommodating little girl everyone approved of.

This transformation was so profound that it drove me to get certified in Quantum Human Design. I didn’t do it just to add a title to my name and to be called a QHD Specialist. I did it because I want to share this knowledge to help people find themselves and, most importantly, to help them express their innocence.

Human Design was the field that changed everything for me. The quantum language didn’t just give me information; it gave me an energetic mirror that forced me to recognize exactly what was not expressing itself in a satisfying way. It gave me the chance to update my own inner system and to elevate on the spectrum of feeling good about myself.

Elevating the Frequency of the Earth

I want to share this knowledge with you because my mission has grown far bigger than just helping people find their types or profiles. This is about global consciousness.

The greatest tragedy of human conditioning is that it robs us of our innocence.

Our children are born as pure, unblemished expressions of the divine blueprint. They are innocent, radiant, and perfectly aligned with their design. But the world immediately begins to chip away at that innocence, telling them who they should-be to be loved.

My work in parenting, Human Desin, and Destination Method is about protecting and reclaiming that innocence.

When we do the hard, beautiful work of reparenting ourselves, when we look at the little child within and say, “It is okay to let go of old beliefs, it is okay to transmute the pain into wisdom, and it is okay to love myself fully,” something extraordinary happens. We stop projecting our wounds onto the next generation.

Imagine a generation of children raised by parents who have reclaimed their own energy. Children who do not have to heal from their childhoods. Children who are allowed to express their innocence completely, walking onto this earth fearless, in charge, and with pride.

This is how we elevate the frequency of the Earth. When we raise children who are rooted in their authentic design, we introduce a wave of high consciousness into the world like never before. We alter the grid. We change the future.

April is here… and we stepped into it under the light of the full moon, the energy that doesn’t whisper, it reveals. There is nowhere to hide.

The full moon illuminates what we often keep in the background. This light gently, but clearly, asks us to look within… what is ready to be released? and what is quietly standing between us and our fulfillment, our alignment, our truth?

In quantum human design the full moon energy activates:

the Gate 48, Gate of Wisdom.

This gate holds a depth that doesn’t need to prove itself. Wisdom is a quiet, steady knowing that lives underneath the surface of who we think we are. It’s that knowledge that we feel in our lower, deepest part of our belly where the mortal body brings through information from the spiritual world.

The energy of wisdom is a remembering.

The deep well of wisdom we carry we accumulate through lives, through lessons, through lived experiences, and through every moment we said yes to learning… even when it was uncomfortable, even when it asked something from us.

Gate 48 doesn’t ask us to become wise.
It asks us to acknowledge that we already are wise souls.

And yet… shadow is real, this is where the doubt hides.
The subtle voice that questions one’s own authority.
That whispers: not yet… not enough… not ready.

The full moon shines directly into that space. Not to fix it, but to free you from it.

Let’s be ready to shed the false narratives that we are not enough… and allow the quiet, but powerful return to the wisdom that has always lived within us.

When I release the fear of inadequacy, something softens… and something rises.

I become a wise guide, not because I know everything,
but because I have learned to trust what I know.

This is the optimal expression of Gate 48.

It feels like quiet confidence rooted in lived experience and inner knowing.
It moves as a willingness to share without over-explaining… to act without waiting for permission… to trust that timing is not late, not early… but divinely aligned.

I move with clarity, not because I have all the answers,
but because I trust the value of my perspective.

And I know that my presence… as I am now… is enough.

The deeper invitation of this full moon is a shift…
from mind to body,
from strategy to inner wisdom,
from fear… to faith.

And maybe the real question is…
If I truly believed I am wise enough right now… how would I show up differently?

It’s October, my love!

— the air feels chilled, looks foggy, and super mysterious. They say the veil between worlds is thinner and begins to shimmer. Communication between dimensions is easier and messages more clear.

I find myself walking slower, observing more, and listening deeper.

The leaves are letting go with such grace, falling and decorating the ground. They are teaching me that endings can be beautiful too. I look back to my colorful memories, with all sorts of scents and flavors… and I simply enjoy this strong feeling of satisfaction that fills me when I look back — knowing I truly did the best I could with the choices I had, given the information I had, and with the understanding available to me at that time.

OH!!! and Halloween approaches! I can’t help but feel the energetic charge that comes with costumes, masks, and imagination. It’s fun, yes — but also powerful.

I want to remind you that everything we wear, say, or pretend to be leaves an imprint in the subconscious mind. Pay attention to these stamps you mark your child’s minds with. They are real for our children; kids absorb these symbols as stories of who they might become. So when you choose their Halloween costume this year, pause for a moment. Ask yourself: What energy am I inviting into their becoming?

Even in play, we are practicing creation — gestures, words, and symbols that become part of the infinite. Once the creative bubble floats into the quantum field, there is no way to undo it. It can’t be erased even if popped. It exists to be remembered… across time, across dimensions.

The mind doesn’t know the difference between what is real and what is imagined — it absorbs what it’s given and quietly molds it into tomorrow’s reality…

Parenting by Design

Our journey through the five Human Design Types brings us to our sweet, open, and so needed energetic support — the Calibrator, known in traditional Human Design as the Reflector.

Today’s Spotlight: The Reflector/Calibrator

They are the rarest of all Types, representing less than 1% of the population.

Reflectors/Calibrators are the mirrors of humanity — living reflections of the health and harmony of the world around them. They show us how our homes, families, and communities are doing, simply through their energy, emotions, and presence. In a play they have the role of the critics that give feedback on the performance we all are part of.

If a Reflector/Calibrator is joyful and radiant, it often means the environment around them is healthy. If they feel heavy, withdrawn, or sad, that’s not only their own story — it’s the story of the collective energy they’re reflecting. The environment around them needs to change or to be changed for the reflectors/calibrators to express their wellbeing.

They are here to remind us that we are all connected.

…the energies feel strong all around us. The full moon shines brighter, eclipse season is stirring the skies, and the Fall Equinox is subtly asking for balance into our lives. I can feel it — so intensely that I had to cry into my pillow for a little.

So much has happened this summer, and so much continues to unfold as we move into fall. The good and the bad together give me the intensity of a life well lived. I feel gratitude for it all, all the way into my bones. Thanks to my travels, my choices, the people in my life (including the ones I never met, but felt), my continuing education, and my conscious evolution, I now stand tall in who I truly am — and I stand up for who I am becoming.

I ride the tides of change. I answer the call to shed what no longer serves, to let go of the weight of the past, to forgive myself, and to prepare for the white stillness of winter, to accept and love what is.

Fall always feels like purification to me… flowers and leaves wither into dryness, becoming fertilizer for the seeds I have gathered from the richness of the fruits I have devoured. Winter then becomes my sacred pause, a time to tuck those seeds into the dark soil, letting them rest, germinate, and gather strength for the spring to come. Looking forward for the bloom to share beauty in life.

It is change, yes — but it is also promise.

I brag about it with the intention to inspire you — to listen to your inner knowing and follow your truth. Your surfboard is yours, and only yours, to ride the waves of life through all the seasons we are blessed to experience.

Today’s Spotlight: The Orchestrator (Projector)

Back to my series Parenting by Design — today I bring awareness to the beautiful human energy of Projectors (traditional human design) / Orchestrators (quantum human design), and the way they influence the world. Like all Types, they carry a special blueprint. Yet the Orchestrator stands apart: more open, more influenced by others, and at the same time deeply influencing those around them. Their design is less about doing and more about guiding, seeing, and holding the flow of energy in ways that serve us all.

Projectors/Orchestrators make up about 20% of the population, and yet they are so often misunderstood. When we learn how to support our Orchestrator children, we give them the gift of growing into the empowered, fulfilled role they are designed to play. The Projector/Orchestrator is often called “the one who knows.” They have a natural gift for seeing people, systems, and situations — and sensing the best way forward. Their role is not to do the work themselves, but to guide others into their highest potential. All this by invitation only, not forcing. By only being they attract the right opportunities they will be invited to.

The month for Liberation, Expansion, and Time-Bending Magic

Reading the planetary news, like a junky astrologer that I am, I am excited and thrilled for August when the cosmic appearance of Jupiter and Venus bring strong frequencies for change and transformation. These two planetary giants are the symbols for generosity, delight, and expansion. They say this rare alignment blesses us with double doses of joy and possibility. It’s a time when hearts open wider, visions stretch farther, and transformation feels not only possible but inevitable.

This is the energy of divine timing I so much have come to trust. This is a soul-level permission to grow, glow, and live a little bigger.

If July called us into personal freedom, August invites us to live it—to let the frequency of delight guide the next steps. These are not empty promises from the stars. They are invitations to embody the version of the one who says yes to joy. Who trusts timing. Who lets go of tight control and instead plays in the field of co-creation.

And what better way to honor this cosmic window than to continue to learn and understand human design, the blueprint that gives us permission to be the true cosmic events that we are. We each are a star. We each play the roles of great characters in this dimension called life.

By understanding the energy types humans have we can support the children to be more accepted, supported, and loved than any generations before. These divine beings, who are our children, deserve the respect and recognition of the true essence of who they really are: amazing humans.

I trust the process of the transformational times we are living through.

Because of you, dear conscious parents, the old internal codes of the past are being rewritten. Together we are upgrading the blueprint for humans—so our children can create a future rooted in truth, and nothing but the truth.

There is no path to evolution that doesn’t begin with this ancient knowing: we are born free, we are born perfect. We are divine beings, born with free will. The potential to become anything we desire is not just a possibility—it is who we truly are. We came here to live fully and express our being through it all—the good and the bad, the light and the shadow, our gifts and our flaws.

With no fear and no shame express it all!!!

In this newsletter series, we continue our journey through the five Quantum Human Design Types, not just to understand our kids better, but to become more attuned to ourselves, our partners, and the dynamics we live in.

We already know by now that in Quantum Human Design there are five energy Types, and that each person is born as one of them. The Type influences how we learn, how we move through the world, how our energy works, and even how our body restores itself—especially through sleep and rest.

Here’s a quick reminder of the five Types:

• Manifestors / Initiators are trailblazers, here to translate Divine inspiration into action. Their gift is in initiating transformation. They thrive when they inform others before acting.

• Generators / Alchemists are the doers, the builders of the world. Their sustainable life-force energy is activated when they respond to what excites them.

• Manifesting Generators / Time Benders are the hybrid of both. Fast, magnetic, and efficient. When aligned, they bend time. Their challenge? Skipping steps too quickly.

• Projectors / Orchestrators are the wise guides. They see deeply into systems and people, and succeed through invitation and recognition.

• Reflectors / Calibrators are rare lunar beings who mirror the health of their environment. They thrive by honoring the cycles of the moon and moving at their own rhythm.

Isn’t that incredible? You—and your children—were born with a distinct energetic blueprint. When we begin to understand and honor this design, we create environments where every child can thrive in their natural essence.

As parents, we carry both the responsibility and the privilege of empowering children to be free. Not to mold them into who we think they should be, but to allow them to be who they already are. That’s how we raise resilient, confident, self-aware human beings.

Quantum Human Design gives us a beautiful, evolving framework to parent more consciously, more kindly, and more attuned to what is real.

This isn't about perfect parenting. It's about present parenting. Respectful parenting. It's about allowing children to make mistakes, to learn through experience, and to fail better every time.

The month we celebrate freedom on every level. July 4th reminds us that freedom is not something given to us by others but something we are born with, a birthright woven into our being. Freedom is meant to be lived—embodied in the body, initiated in the mind, aligned within the reciprocal system mind and body, resonating at the frequency of liberation.

We are expressions of the Divine, and our free will to become anything we desire is not only a possibility—it is who we truly are.

Their gift is to see deeply into others, and their success comes through waiting for recognition and invitation. They anchor the energetic template of what we are here to create, they are here to align the energy and the world and heal.

Reflectors / Calibrators are the rare lunar beings who reflect the health of their environment. They are to be the barometer of the alignment of humanity. with Heart. They mirror to others the human condition and human potential.
Their wisdom emerges when they honor time—especially the 28-day lunar cycle—for decision-making.
